Why should I promote Mindfulness in the Classroom?

The number one thing teachers ask me about is how to navigate challenging behavior. You get it, right? Behavior challenges can leave you feeling overhwelmed, burned out, and possibly even thinking bad about your abilities. Mindfulness in the classroom can start to shift all that. And good news! Many of the strategies you already use can be altered just a bit to promote mindfulness.
